Terms of sale.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the Duolya “Full reading”, personalised digital content generated from the answers of both members of a duo, by 60MN ([to complete]).

2. Price

The full reading costs €4.90 including VAT per duo. It is paid once, by either member of the duo, and unlocked for both.

3. Order and payment

Payment is made by card through Stripe’s secure platform. The order is final once payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

The reading is available immediately after payment, through the duo’s personal link, for as long as the duo is kept (30 days). It can be printed or saved as a PDF.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, the buyer expressly agrees to immediate supply and acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal.

6. Nature of the service

Duolya is an entertainment and reflection service. The reading is not a psychological diagnosis, nor relationship, medical or legal advice.

7. Complaints and mediation

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
